How do I register to bid?

To register to bid for an auction property listed on LoopNet, you must have a LoopNet account.

  1. Visit the LDP for your chosen property and click Register to Bid.

  2. Confirm your contact information.

  3. Add legal entity information and broker representation if applicable.

  4. Provide proof of funds.

  5. Accept the Participation Terms to complete the process.
